OUR STORY

The Millhouse is a neighbourhood pub in every sense, familiar, friendly, and full of character. After a full renovation, we’ve brought new energy to an old favourite: a refreshed look, an updated menu, and a renewed commitment to being at the heart of Worksop.

You’ll still find the warmth and charm of a classic pub, but now with a brighter feel, a modern approach to food and drink, and a space that works just as well for a quick pint as it does for a big celebration.

We’ve shaped The Millhouse to suit all sorts: dog walkers and date nights, family lunches and post-work drinks. Grab a stool at the bar, linger over a lazy weekend lunch, or soak up the sunshine in our spacious garden, whatever the occasion, you’ll always feel at home here.

Inside, it’s a mix of old and new. Rustic character balanced with a clean, modern finish. Outside, the garden is the place to be when the sun’s shining, with plenty of space to unwind.

Our kitchen keeps things straightforward: good food, cooked well. Expect pub classics alongside seasonal specials, all made fresh with quality ingredients. Think generous roasts on a Sunday, lighter lunches in the week, and plenty of plates designed for sharing around the table.

We’re believers in comfort food done with care. Hearty, flavour-packed and never overcomplicated. Big appetites, little ones and even the fussy eaters are all looked after here.

The Millhouse is part of Worksop’s story, a place for the community to meet, eat and celebrate. Set on the edge of Sherwood Forest and surrounded by Nottinghamshire’s countryside, we’re lucky to have great walks, cycle routes, and history right on our doorstep.
